Online Return Policy
Sozo Trading Co. wants to ensure that our customers are 100% satisfied with their online purchasing experience. If you are unhappy with your purchase, send it back to us free of charge! We will take back any regular price item we receive within 21 days of the original purchase date. A refund will be issued for all returns that meet the return requirements. We do not do price adjustments. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Items must be in their original unworn and unwashed condition with the original tags attached.
Orders take 2-3 business days to process and are shipped via USPS Flat Rate Standard Shipping.

To Make A Return
Simply respond to your Confirmation Email stating the item you would like to return. We will then email you a prepaid shipping label. Please make sure that the item(s) you are returning meet the criteria of our return policy, package your item(s) along with your Packing Slip and mail to the address below. Sozo Trading Co. is not responsible for items that are lost in transit.
